Terms and Conditions

Shipping Method

Orders will be shipped 1-2 business days after order placement. For verification purposes, your order might take longer to process if shipping address is different from your billing address. Shipping business days are Monday to Friday. Please contact us if you don't receive an order confirmation email from us one hour after order placement is completed. Tracking information will be provided to you when available.

Customers are responsible to track package. Please contact the shipping company directly with the provided tracking number if you order is lost or damaged by the shipping provider.

All packages are shipped via Fed-Ex. All packages will be sent signature required. Please use a physical address as your shipping address. If you decided to use a PO Box, your shipment will be sent USPS and you will assume all responsibility as the purchaser if you do not receive your package. Massage tables are shipped separately from all other products due to their unusual dimensions and will arrive separately.

Any orders containing adhesives require air shipping (either 2nd day or overnight). Ground shipping is not an option on orders containing any Lash Out adhesives. That includes the premium kit, standard kit, and starter kit.

Thursday and Friday orders containing adhesive(s) will be subject to the following shipping procedure to eliminate them being held in a non-temperature controlled Fed-Ex facility. Thursday and Friday 2nd day air delivery orders will be help and shipped on Monday for a Wednesday delivery date. If the Monday that follows the order date is a Holiday, then the order will be shipped on Tuesday for a Wednesday delivery date.

Friday overnight delivery orders will be held and shipped on Monday for a Tuesday delivery date. If the Monday that follows the order date is a Holiday, then the order will be shipped on Tuesday for a Wednesday delivery date.

Saturday delivery is available for some locations upon request for overnight delivery. There will be an additional 20% charge for this service.

Lash Out Adhesives

Lash out Adhesives must be kept in a cool environment at room temperature. Any exposure to extreme temperatures: cold or hot will change the consistency and efficacy of the adhesive. Lash Out suggests keeping the adhesive in the refrigerator, but it is not necessary. If kept outside the refrigerator, then the adhesive needs to be kept in 70 degree or cooler temperature. If kept in the refrigerator, then remove adhesive from the refrigerator two (2) hours prior to use. Shake well before use.

Lash Out adhesives have a 6-month shelf life.

Always keep your Lash Out adhesive bottle in an upright position and clean the area around the bottle that becomes covered in glue to prevent the cap from sticking to the bottle.

All exchanges on Lash Out adhesives must be made within 10 days of original purchase if you are not happy with the results. You must indicate the order number and problem or issue you are having with your adhesive and include the following contact information in your package:

Return Policy

All product must be returned to Lash Out within 10 days of delivery to receive a full refund. The product must be unopened and returned to the company as it was originally sent out. Missing product from your shipment will be deducted in the amount to which the product is priced at individually. Any damaged product will be deducted from your refund. A refund, minus a 10% restocking fee, is given to all returns on product where you, as the consumer, changes one mind or is unhappy with the presentation of the product. Shipping charges will not be returned to the consumer on exchanges and/or returns. The return shipping cost is at the consumers expense.

Please inform Lash Out immediately if you have received a damaged product or good, so that we can replace your product after receiving your exchange. Any damaged product that is not reported to Lash Out within 10 days of the product delivery date will not be replaced.

Returned products due to unsatisfaction that have been used will be credited to your account for replacements or for future purchases and no monies will be refunded to the customer.

Refunds on Training

Class cancellations or re-schedules with over seven (7) days written notice will receive a refund, less a $100 non-refundable administrative charge.

Absolutely no refunds on training fees will be provided after the scheduled training date for any reason.
